How long does it take to send a letter from Washington State to Germany?

CrossCountryRunner asked: I shipped the letter from Washington State to Germany using USPS’ First-Class Mail® International Letter service. I dropped the letter off at the post office on Monday so I’m guessing it shipped on Tuesday. What day do you think it’ll arrive?
