Can I grow a lemon tree in Washington State?
saranwrapher asked: I live near the coast in Washington State and we have fairly rainy and cold winters with decent summers (aside from this year). It does freeze in the winter quite a bit, Are these too harsh of conditions to grow a lemon tree outside?
